Regulations on the privacy policy of 3G BUS LLC.


LLC "3G BUS" processes the following personal data:


  • identification data - first and last name, username and password assigned to the user;
  • contact data - e-mail, phone number and your contact in social networks;
  • Your settings – saved address and mailing settings;
  • data about your orders - data about the services ordered from us, payments, namely the account number and data about complaints; customer card number;
  • data contained in your reviews on our website, as well as photos attached to them;
  • data about your actions on the site, including in the mobile application - the products and services you view, the links you follow, the way you move around the site, as well as data about the device from which you view our website (and namely: IP address and location determined using it, device identification, its technical parameters - operating system and its version, screen extension, used browser and its version, as well as data obtained from cookies and similar technologies for device identification) ;
  • information about your actions when reading messages received from us: time of opening messages, data about the device from which you view these messages;
  • data related to the use of the call center or visits to our office - primarily, records of telephone conversations with the call center, identification of messages sent by you, including identifiers such as IP address and recordings from the camera system in our offices


All this data is securely protected, in accordance with international rules and laws on the protection of personal data.


Who processes your personal data and to whom do we transfer it?

We are the processor of personal data. This means that we collect your personal data, determine processing resources and are responsible for the correctness of the processing process.


We may transfer your personal data to other subjects who have the role of administrator, namely:


  • to our partners involved in bus transportation of passengers:
  • to partners-owners of payment systems in order to make a payment, first of all, using a payment card:
  • travel agencies and other third parties who provide additional services related to your order;
  • insurance companies, if you order insurance from us,
